LeedsFesty.net is a resurrection attempt of the original LeedsFesty.com site created by Matt to try to bring back to life what I saw as one of the central elements of the LeedsFesty website which is the forums. A perhaps one day be "the No. 1 resource for anyone attending Leeds Festival, from festy newbies who are going to Leeds for the first time this year, to the veterans who were at Temple Newsham all those years ago in 1999."

This is a base from which any group or individual interested in attending the Leeds Festival can find out what to expect, what to take, the traditions, whos going to be playing and a lot, lot more. Head on over to Newcomers if you are a festival virgin, for lots of beginners info. For you vets (+ I dont mean cow bummers) theres all the stuff you need, line-up news, rumours, tickets for sale, and of course the nets BEST forum/community where you can meet up with all the other Leedsfesty goers. Edited the lineup to include the new Alternative Stage and removed +44 from the lineup since they've cancelled. I promise I'll spend some time this weekend sorting out a map of this year's festival site since there have been a few changes to the arena.

Nothing much updated today, just added the Love Not Riots website to the Links page. These guys do a great job at trying to discouraging people from rioting on the last night of festivals, so go over there and take a look at the site and show your support.

I don't think you'll of missed it but ticketmaster finally got back to me about becoming an affiliate and we now have affiliate status. So any tickets you book be sure to book them through here as all money made through this all goes towards paying for the site hosting and bandwidth used etc

Thanks Jimbo for the correction about St. John's ambulance. As I'm sure you're aware this has been pretty much a copy and paste job from the old site so there will be some things that are out of date. Web archive is back online, newcomers and line-up pages are now up

The domain name is finally pointed at the site and added a donate button to the right hand side, anyone fancy making a donation towards the site's upkeep it would be appreciated :)

Changed the scroll bar on the main part of the page so it fits in better with the colour scheme. Was going to start work on the other pages tonight but the web archive is down at the minute so can't get access to the old pages to see what was on them, oh well will have to try again tomorrow.

Recreated the front page of the site, can't remember what was in the right hand frame so left blank for now. Also had to create new link images as I was only able to locate 5 of the original ones. Anyone who's got any ideasfor the site feel free to chip in at any time.

Also looking for a couple of forum mods, anyone interested especially mods from the old forums, can't see it being busy for a long time at best so no rush.

I've not recreated any of the links down at the bottom yet except for forums, i'll let you know when they're done.
